Delmarie Fairweather
Delmarie is an enthusiastic realtor who is licensed in New Jersey and assist clients with referrals in both the U.S.A. and in Belize. She is knowledgeable about the Qualified Retirement Program and the Diaspora Returnee Incentive Program in Belize.
After 40 years as an educator in Belize and public schools in New Jersey, managing a Mathnasium Center, and serving as a private Math tutor, Delmarie decided to focus on assisting retirees and seniors to navigate a new phase of their lives, especially when they are moving to Belize.
She knows the Cayo District and capital city of Belmopan in Belize very well as she was born in Belize, was raised in Belmopan, and returned there after 40 years of living and raising her family in New Jersey.
Mr. Dean Fuller
Dean brings a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market in Belize and has over 30 years of business experience in Belize and the U.S.A. He specializes in residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. As a founder and co-owner of Fultec Systems Ltd., a successful technology company in Belize, Mr. Fuller is capable to guide his clients to the best locations to purchase and to find the best method of marketing a property for sale and rent.
